High self-esteem is the main thing needed in every single area of your life to push you toward progress to progress. Without it, not much happens. Self-esteem is what moves us into areas of our lives to conquer things that we never thought we were even capable of.
Can you even imagine how high your self-esteem would shoot through the roof if you had the body you wanted? The body you deserve! Wouldn’t you simply LOVE to live in a body that you completely love and adore. A fit, healthy, sexy body.
However, it may be possible that because you are over weight your self-esteem may be taking a hit because of it and what in the world are you waiting for. Weight loss is as easy as pie the moment you make up you make your mind UP to do something about it.
Most people seek a step-by-step action plan that will get then into shape and then they look for FAST results, but weight loss is a life change that begins one day at a time with results that depend on what you decide to put into the journey.

We are about a month into 2012 and one of the BIGGEST New Year’s Resolutions concerns weight loss. At almost 30 days in, how’s that holding up folks? If you totally and completely love your body without reservation, make a resolve to live a healthy life. This journey is NOT easy, BUT it is possible.
When you feel good about your body, you feel good about yourself and when you feel good about yourself, self-esteem rises…just as simple as that!
For the past 5 months, I personally have gotten serious about my health. Not just to look cute in a pair of jeans, but to actually live a longer and healthier life. Heck, I want to be here to see my grand children and perhaps their children too and the only real way to do that is to make provisions to secure AT LEAST the health of my future. Tomorrow MAY NOT be promised to us, but if we make it to see another day, a healthier yesterday makes for a positive today!
